If Hawthorn is an intricately tooled suit of armour, Betty’s is an (xEMU) Exploration Extravehicular Mobility Unit, (that’s the latest rad spacesuit for NASA’s Artemis III mission to the moon, #igoogledthat). It has edgy acid and a complex structure that might otherwise be distracting but for it’s mid-pallete of rich ripe tropical fruit that allows you to sit back and enjoy it all seamlessly... similar to xEMU’s PLSS backpack with integrated real-time telemetry and AI-assisted diagnostics that can adjust byzantine environmental controls mid-EVA.
It has flavors of pineapple and guava, and abrasion and dust-resistant fabrics like Vectran, Nomex, and Gore-Tex variants, and targeted illumination that works in lunar darkness. We source the fruit from St. Helena, CA, home of NASA astronaut, Rex Joseph Walheim, who’s logged over 36 hours of spacewalks.
